Madeline is the owner of Rhoads & Co. and has been behind the chair for 5 years. She specializes in lived-in blondes, dimensional color, bobs and long layered haircuts, with a focus on creating effortless, low maintenance hair that grows out beautifully. She is also certified in hand-tied extensions and offers bridal makeup services.

Madeline loves creating a relaxed, welcoming experience for every guest. When she's not in the salon, she's usually spending time with her husband and daughter working on a fun home project or finding something to do together as a family. 

Jess has 5 years of experience behind the chair and brings both creativity and leadership to the Rhoads & Co. Team as a former salon owner, lead bridal stylist, and bridal coordinator. She specializes in all types of color, with a love for cool-toned blondes, precision haircuts for all lengths, and smoothing transformations as the salon's keratin treatment queen.

A true type A perfectionaist, Jess is known for her attention to detail and abilitiy to create polished, customized results for every client who sits in her chair. Whether she's behind the chair or coordinating a wedding, she brings a calm, organized presense that helps every service to feel seamless and elevated. 

Lizzie has been in the beauty industry for nearly seven years and brings experience in both makeup artistry and cosmetology. As our lead bridal makeup artist and Jess's right-hand woman, she loves helping brides feel beautiful and confident on their wedding day.

Her favorite services include root touch-ups, traditional blonding, makeup, women's haircuts, and kids' cuts. Lizzie is certified in Curl Cult perms, has trained under Grayson Troy for advanced blonding techniques, and has continued her education through numerous cutting classes focused on shags, blunt bobs, curtain bangs, barber cuts, and more.

When she's not at the salon, Lizzie stays busy teaching preschool, spending time with her four kids, and convincing her husband to tackle her latest DIY project. Known for her fun, energetic personality and creative spirit, she loves building relationships with her guests and helping them feel their best.

Lexi is in her second year behind the chair and has quickly built a reputation for creating beautiful, customized color for her guests. She excels in all types of color services, especially blondes, dimensional lived-in color, and balayage.

Her favorite haircuts are medium to long layered styles, but she's equally skilled with barber cuts and enjoys creating looks for guests of all ages and styles. Lexi is also certified in the Habit Extension Method and offers hand-tied extensions for guests looking to add length, fullness, or both.

 

In addition to her salon services, Lexi provides bridal and special occasion hairstyling, helping clients look and feel their best for life's biggest moments. Her attention to detail, creativity, and warm personality make every appointment a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Emma has been behind the chair for a year and has quickly developed a passion for creating beautiful, customized hair for her guests. She loves all types of blonding, dimensional color, layered haircuts, and extensions, and is trained in the Habit Extension Method.

When she's not in the salon, you'll likely find her at hot pilates, enjoying a coffee, or creating content for social media. In addition to working behind the chair, Emma serves as our social media manager and plays a big role in helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Known for her sweet and calm personality, Emma creates a comfortable experience for every guest while still offering honest recommendations and expert guidance to help you achieve your hair goals.

Sarah is a rising talent with a natural eye for beautiful hair and a passion for helping guests feel their best. She specializes in creating bright blondes, lived-in dimensional color, and long, layered haircuts that are both flattering and easy to wear.

When she's not behind the chair, Sarah enjoys spending time with friends and family, shopping, tanning, practicing self-care, and playing guitar. Her warm personality and attention to detail make every appointment a fun and relaxing experience.

Kendra is a proud second-generation owner of Rhoads & Co. and the daughter of original founders Sondra and Kenneth Rhoads, who opened the salon in 1963. Today, she co-owns the salon alongside her daughter, Madeline, continuing the family legacy that has served the community for decades.

 

Behind the scenes, Kendra helps keep everything running smoothly. From managing supplies and refreshments to handling administrative tasks and day-to-day operations, she plays an essential role in creating the welcoming atmosphere that guests have come to know and love. Her dedication, organization, and commitment to the salon ensure that both the team and guests are always well cared for.
